BEFORE YOUR MOVE

  1. you will have a phone call directly with one of our team members, not a call center, to go over the information for your specific move and answer any questions you may have to ensure that we provide you with the most accurate quote possible.

  2. you will then receive your free and accurate upfront and honest quote via text/email within 1 hour of speaking with us about your move. Remember that we have no hidden charges or fees of any kind!

  3. we will follow up with you via text/email to answer any questions you may have about your quote or to collect your deposit and sned your contract if you would like to move forward with booking us to make your move easy and stress free.

  4. Once you decide to move forward with booking us for your move, we will email you a secure link to view your contract to electronically sign and pay your deposit to lock your move in on our schedule and then send you a full confirmation via text/email.

  5. we always follow up the day before your move to ensure that you are all set, review your move scope and answer any final questions you may have.


DURING YOUR MOVE

  1. our professional, background checked crew will arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled start time on the day of your move.

  2. our crew will call you to notify you that we have arrived on site and will meet up with you.

  3. our crew will do an initial walkthrough with you to inspect for any pre-existing damage, risk of damage, or additional items in excess of your initial move scope.

  4. our team lead will then go over the entire move scope with you before starting to make sure the move details and payment details are accurate and transparent.

  6. Once our crew has completed the load up, they will complete a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything is done and nothing is left behind.

  9. before the final unload or final leg of your move, our crew will go over your estimated balance due and answer any questions you may have before collecting the payment and beginning your unload or final lef of your move.
