We are locally and family owned in Buckeye, AZ and perform moving services throughout the entire Valley, State AND ACROSS THE US. We will not stop until the job is done to our customers utmost satisfaction, and work hard to make our customers' moves easy and stress free!
We are looking for team members to join our Moving Crew. We like to work hard while also having fun and engaging with both our team and customers throughout each job. We have high expectations and are looking for candidates who ARE PROFESSIONAL, PRESENTABLE, RELIABLE, COMMUNICATIVE, FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKING!
You MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and be available for same-day and next day jobs within your committed days of availability. You must be available to work weekends at this time. You must have your own tools, dolly and shoulder dolly straps OR be able to get them by the end of your first month of employment. We do have tool kits, dollies and shoulder dolly straps available to rent from us if you choose.

Pay, Bonus and Incentives Structure for 1st Year of Employment:
NEW HIRES:
- Everyone starts at $20/Hr + Tips
AFTER 1 MONTH OF EMPLOYMENT (If Employee Has Done Well, NO Issues):
- Laborers will receive $1/Hr Pay Raise to $21/Hr + Tips
- Drivers will receive $2/Hr Pay Raise to $22/Hr + Tips
AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT (If Employee Has Done Well, NO Issues):
- Qualifies for Mileage Reimbursement Program of $0.67/mile in excess of 30 miles, ONE-WAY for the SHORTEST, NOT FASTEST, route from Employee’s home address to the 1st location of a job.
- Qualifies for Corporate Bonus Pay - When working a job for a business/ corporation all crew members on the job who qualify for the corporate bonus pay incentive after 3 months working with the company with no issues will receive +$5 an hour to whatever their current pay is for all hours worked on these jobs.
AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT (If Employee Has Done Well, NO Issues):
- Evaluation for possible $1/Hr Raise, dependent on Management/Ownership’s decision
- Qualifies for Overtime Pay Bonus of +$2/Hr for amount of hours company charges Overtime Rates for
- Qualifies for Gun Safe Bonus of $25 per safe moved IF company is charging for gun safe
AFTER 1 YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT (If Employee Has Done Well, NO Issues):
- Evaluation for possible $1/Hr Raise, dependent on Management/Ownership’s decision
- Possible additional benefits, bonuses and incentives to be added, dependent on both employee’s and company’s growth
